Two Maintenance Plans to choose from: 

• Retainer:   In this plan, clients pay a monthly retainer, and individual change requests are sent to TetherMedia which could be bug fixes or enhancements. The effort and time estimates are calculated by TetherMedia and are sent for approval to the client before the actual implementation.
• Annual Contract:  In this plan, clients sign an annual maintenance contracts for maintaining their software. Each contract is for a period of 1 calendar year and applies to a specific software product on a particular development environment.

For a limited time, if qualified, TetherMedia will assimilate the client's software and perform a change request free of charge. Client is under no obligation to continue the maintenance if not totally satisfied with work performed.
